Alopecia Aromatherapy Recipe for Great Hair
Essential oils have special properties which have been used for thousands of years to treat common ailments which are why many people believe in the healing power of a real alopecia aromatherapy recipe. Because chamomile, clary sage, and ylang ylang can lower your stress levels, it’s only natural that they can lower your hair loss, as well. Thyme and rosemary are calming and therefore may work well in an alopecia aromatherapy recipe, particularly if one of the problems is hormone imbalances.
When it is time to mix up your alopecia aromatherapy recipe, you cannot use any essential oils directly onto your scalp. It is better to mix them with carrier oil as most essential oils should not be used straight onto skin. Almond, coconut as well as olive oil are all carrier oils that are extremely complimentary to essential oils.
The majority of the alopecia aromatherapy recipes should be mixed in a container that will also be the applicator such like a squeeze or spray bottle. Doing it this way allows for the aromatherapy treatment to be applied directly to the scalp with less mess. Besides, you have to be careful when mixing and applying the essential oil mixtures as it can stain clothing and certain surfaces.
To start out put five drops of ylang ylang, thyme, rosemary, and two ounces of carrier oil in your bottle dispenser. With two drops of lavender, thyme, chamomile, cedar wood and clay sage, your alopecia aromatherapy recipe is complete. The next step is to thoroughly mix the different essential oils together with the carrier oil and then test it on an inconspicuous spot on your skin to ensure no major breakouts occur.
The best way to use your alopecia aromatherapy recipe is to massage a few drops onto your scalp which will likely stimulate the hair roots and hopefully kick start new hair growth. There are many essential oils available, so you should do some research to see how each one works and what the medicinal properties are.
